Joey is professional in every way, start to finish. We had several stumps removed, an apple tree tamed, and an ancient elm tree made safe again. Joey is an excellent communicator, well organized and knowledgeable about trees. He was a good listener as we described our desired end goal, he shared options, and prepared a quote on the spot. He provided updates on scheduling and appeared when he said he would. He definitely left the place looking better than he found it; all debris was removed. The work was done efficiently and safely. We highly recommend Arbor Elite, and plan to use them the next few years as we continue to “tame” our apple tree.

Justin came out and spend quite a bit of time assessing some tree issues we were having. You could tell his advice was coming from a genuine place, not a profit driven place which is rare in the business world! He also trimmed a large tree in our front yard and it has never looked so beautiful! I will return to Arbor Elite in the future!
